In the next seven years, the community will complete development. All the vacant lots have sold, the schools are functioning, and the commercial pockets are built.
Now the community has everything it needs. The trees are getting bigger, the construction crews have moved out, and there are plenty of neighbours, families, and new friends to get to know.
The neighbourhood will reach its peak population at the end of its second decade, and some of the kids of the first families to move in will be starting to move out, maybe for more schooling or to start working on their own.
